It supports prestigious hospitals and nonprofits, from the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement.

Valerio Zanoli is an experienced real estate investor, with a focus on affordable housing. Since 2014, he has provided accommodation for hundreds of low-income families, veterans with disabilities, and people with behavioral disorders.

Valerio created the project www.Helping.Vegas to assist organizations such as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Valerio is a member of Lions Clubs International, the largest community service organization in the world. He volunteers for several charities in the Las Vegas area, including the Nevada Preservation Foundation and the Rescue Mission.

Valerio has been a speaker at the United Nations Human Settlements Programme and a guest lecturer at several events and institutions, including the College of Southern Nevada, Centre College, and Color Your Life Foundation.

Valerio offers his services as head juror and artistic director for film festivals in Las Vegas (Nevada), Rome (Italy), and Jakarta (Indonesia).
